Retractable Fence barriers
The retractable-in-ground gate system is based on a vertically descending fence panel that, in the open position, disappears completely below ground level, leaving the space visually clean and unobstructed. The panel operates within a prefabricated reinforced concrete chamber that serves as a stable foundation and housing for the mechanism.
Thanks to its modular design, individual sections can be combined into retractable fence barriers of any length, precisely tailored to the requirements of the project. The panel's movement is driven by a system of cables, bearing-mounted pulleys and counterweights that balance its weight and allow the use of standard low-power drives. This solution simplifies installation, servicing and day-to-day operation, while ensuring stability, durability and predictable system performance.

Variable Height of Electric Gates

Modern Gate for Sloped Driveways
The modern vertical gate can be installed on driveways with varying gradients without the need for ground levelling. The panel's vertical movement eliminates the risk of contact with the surface, allowing the system to perform reliably in demanding site conditions and non-standard entrances. In the case of steeper slopes, the use of linear drainage on the higher side is recommended to ensure optimal operating conditions for the system.

Modern Fence Resistant to Sand and Dust
The key mechanical components of the FANCY FENCE system operate inside a reinforced concrete chamber under protective covers, which separates them from sand, dust and other contaminants typical of exposed guide systems. In locations particularly exposed to fine debris, optional seals can be installed around the panels to further limit the ingress of particles into the system.



Safety of Retractable Garden Gates
Retractable gates are equipped with dual photocell systems mounted on the outer fence elements on both sides of the gate. If the light beam is interrupted by any object, the safety system immediately stops the gate's movement. Additional protection is provided by overload sensors, which are installed as standard in the electric drives used in our gates.
It is also important to note that, unlike other types of gates available on the market, retractable garden gates do not pose a threat to people, animals or property even in the unlikely event that all other safety systems fail. The FANCY FENCE system meets stringent safety requirements, as confirmed by independent certification bodies.



Modern Fence with a Manual Operation Option
In the event of a power outage, the FANCY FENCE modern fence can be operated manually via a service hatch located in the central cover. The panel–counterweight mechanism is weight-balanced, so raising and lowering the panel does not require significant force and remains possible regardless of the electronic or automated systems.
